Our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) efforts focus on two key issues:
- Continuous challenge to reduce environmental impact
- Creating a workplace where people want to continue to work
Under the “Continuous Challenge to Reduce Environmental Impact,” we are striving to reduce business trips, commuting by private car, and the use of copy paper, electricity, and company cars, with the goal of curbing global warming. In addition, in “Creating a workplace where people want to continue to work,” we have introduced a reserve leave system starting in 2022, with the goal of promoting diversity and work balance. We plan to continue to implement a variety of specific measures to achieve our goals.
ESG Management x OYO Pacific
CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility): We encourage each employee to make a positive contribution to the community in which he/she lives. Our latest effort includes a special leave system which enables employees to participate as jury members or otherwise volunteer.
